By completing the online Health Questionnaire and payment process you certify that the statements that you have given in regard your health are true and correct and that you are fully aware and of sound mind when you completed the Questionnaire about the nature of the treatment process proposed to be administered.

Your signature on the Health Questionnaire constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood and fully agree to the forgoing consent.

And that the proposed treatment process has been satisfactorily explained to you via our website and you have all the information, which you need to purchase our services.

On the signing of the Health Questionnaire and purchase of our services you give your consent and authorization voluntarily and release all staff from Allergy Testing UK from any claims that you have and may have in connection with the described treatment.

We are registered under the Data Protection Act and therefore adhere to there policies in regard data. We will never or use or store electronic payments or any information you supply to us or sell it to any 3rd parties. Your information is safe and secure.

Distance Selling Regulations (2000)

We are by law upheld by the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) which states that you after you have paid for your goods,you have a 7-day cooling off period . We will only process your order after 7 days if paying by pay­pal. If you require your tests quickly you can pay over the phone by a credit/debit card.If you have received your Tests and have received your 20 min post testing call, the Treatment will be deemed taken ,and no refunds will be given.


  • The seller reserves the right to dispatch the buyer's order in one delivery or by instalments. Failure to deliver any instalment shall not entitle the buyer to repudiate the contract as to any instatements already delivered. The buyer may cancel any undelivered instalments.
  • Any quotations of delivery times by the seller are made in good faith but are estimates and the seller shall not be bound by such quotation.
  • The seller will select the method/type of delivery.
  • Where the buyer requests another method of delivery (eg Saturday or urgent delivery) and the seller agrees in writing then the buyer shall meet the cost of that delivery.

Shortages, Damages or Loss in Transit

  • Liability for shortages in the quantity of goods delivered is limited to making up the shortages. No claim for shortages in quantity will be allowed unless the customer gives notification of the shortage in writing within 7 days of the delivery and provides a reasonable opportunity for the seller to investigate the claim.
  • Goods leaving the seller's premises are adequately packed. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the carrier in the prescribed manner:

    1. Prior to acknowledging delivery to the carrier the buyer must ensure that the complete consignment as per the carrier's note has been received.
    2. Should there be a shortage or visible damage to outer packaging the carrier's note must be endorsed accordingly.
    3. Within 7 days of receipt of consignment the buyer must ensure that all goods received are in good order and condition.

  • No claims will be considered after 7 days of receipt of goods. While no liability for goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted by the seller details of any claim should be advised to the seller.

Return of Goods for Credit or Refund

Goods supplied in accordance with the buyer's order can only be returned with the express approval of the seller.

Allergy Testing UK Email and Call Policy

Once tests are carried out,the test is complete,unless you have paid for extra support or it is clearly stated on the test you have purchased otherwise we offer no email or telephone support,these are charged for.

At least 48 hours is required to cancel /reschedule a call, For cancellations the same day or failure to attend without prior notification, the booked call is voided . If you require more help than via email then a fee of £25 prepaid is required.

Any further emails or calls are to be booked in advance and are charged at £25 ,which is to be prepaid on booking.
